In this section, you can select an accession to obtain the list of the most discriminant SNPs that help distinguishing it from others.
Click on "Show accessions filtered by this allele" to view the corresponding list.
The calculation is based on the allele frequency for each SNP within the selected accessions. Alleles marked as 'N' are ignored. In each iteration the SNP with the least frequent allele is identified, progressively narrowing the analysis to accessions that share the discriminant alleles found in the previous steps.
