Genotype string

In this section, you can input genotype strings
(concatenated SNP loci ordered by chromosome and position)
to calculate the genetic distance between
new and previously genotyped accessions.
The string must consist of exactly 38 residues, in case of missing data for one or more specific loci indicate such missing data with the letter “N”.
This allows a clear distinction between an \absence of information and an actually identified allele
